Wailing Wall

Jews of all types visit the Western Wall to pray. The Wall, HaKotel in Hebrew, is the retaining wall of the Second Temple built during the Herodian expansion of the Temple. It is all that remains of the Jewish Temple which was destroyed by the Romans in 70 CE during the First Jewish Revolt.
